For too long, the conversation around menstrual care has been about compromise between comfort and effectiveness, between sustainability and accessibility. Harmonia was created to change that.
Founded by a team of women who believed that periods shouldn't disrupt harmony in life, Harmonia is more than just a sanitary brand-it's a movement towards balance, well-being and confidence. At Harmonia, they embrace the natural rhythm of life, providing modern, mindful solutions for every flow.
We decided to continue with next tasks:
I started with color palette. The main color is deep blue - really bright accent that shows our 'dark side' during periods.
Elegant, ergonomic, eco-friendly, emotional, inspiring. The menstrual care market is crowded with established competitors (Always, Kotex, organic brands like Cora and Rael). Harmonia needs a unique position.
Periods are not about flowers and birds singing, they are about stress, anxiety, uncontrollable emotions. That is why the brand wants to support women in this really long regular process and remind them that it is normal to be angry, sad or hyper-emotional during this time. Just let's show reality.

Sanitary pads are the main product of the brand, so an important stage of the work was the design of the packaging. We developed a scheme of innovative technology, where the pad is a package for itself. We also added all the basic information such as composition, contacts and an attractive offer - a bag for hygienic products as a gift. We also displayed a list of benefits on the side of the box, recycling instructions on the bottom, and raised letters on the top with the brand slogan 'It's OK' and of course the barcode (see below)

I am delighted with the result - the directness, the strength that was conveyed through this design. It turned out to be a 'non-teen' project that stands out from the general line of similar products. Aesthetic branded packaging is also a way to promote a product in our modern world. This is something that you want to photograph and post on social networks, cool gift bags can be used not only for pads and thus spread information about the brand.
